Blast machine is a kind of mechanical equipment, make the use of compressed air as its power, spraying different kinds of abrasive materials(metallic and nonmetallic) onvto the surface of workpiece for impacting grinding, getting rid of foreign matters and dithered color and oxide layer. At the same time, it can be used for roughening of the surface and increasing of the superficial area. Thus, the adhesion of the coating can be improved to produce the strongest acid and alkaline resistance properties for upgrading coating quality. Meanwhile, decreasing of residual stress on the surface of the basic material and increasing the surface hardness of the basic material.
According to the blasting way, blast machine can be subdivided into pressure feed type and suction type. Because the pressure feed type is mixing of compressed air and abrasives while blasting in the same container, the compressed air can be utilized sufficiently and both air flow and sand flow are easy to regulate. It not only can apply to large area treatment, but also can blast small components. At present KPB series and AC series produced by SHLIANSHI ENTERPRISE belong to pressure feed type blast machine. Its control mode can be subdivided into three series namely manual control, pneumatic and electrical control, more than thirty models in total. In addition, the pressure feed type and suction type sand blast cabinet applied to light industry and non-standard automatic blast machine can be custom-built according to the user’s requirement.

Shot blast machine：
1. Shot blast classification: shot blast is divided into three types according to the application range ① cleaning shot blastng ②shot peening ③shot blast formation. When browsing files or technical files, the “shot blast” word always shows, the strict meaning is: adopt compressed air as drive source to blast out the shots, shot blasting; adopt rotating impeller blade to blast the shots, wheel blasting, no matter what methods are adopted, the desired purchase is the same.
2. Shot peening and cleaning shot blasting: the former is under control of shot blasting technique, the parameters of the latter are not changed except the time; the purpose of the former is to increase the fatigue strength, the purpose of the latter is to remove surface oxide layer to improve the surface quality. The strengthening shot blast is called "shot blast strengthening", "stress shot blasting".
3. shot peening: the shot peening is a very traditional surface strengthening technique. The principle is: by virtue of shot impacting on the surface of work piece at high speed, to make it elastic plastic deformed, so as to produce good changes of residual stress and work hardening, increase the bent/ twist fatigue strength and improve stress corrosion cracking performance.
