Traditional coating treatment for compressor screw is by oxyacetylene flame meltallizing method. Due to the natural defect of oxyacetylene flame meltallizing: low conveying speed of particle flow, serious burning damage of the coating material, low operating safety, not easy to realize automation operation, even if these are imported equipments, the factors always exist.

The peel strength of coating made by oxyacetylene flame meltallizing method, is basically lower than 25Mpa, if the process is not well controlled, the combination of coating can only reach about 10Mpa, and the porosity of coating is high. The product made by this process has the risk of silica-alumina coating pealing off in the process of future usage, and the lifetime of screw is worrying.

Liangshi provided the pre-treatment of sandblasting equipment and flame coating for a foreign-ventured company in Suzhou ten years ago. Another company that makes new-type high efficient compressor selected us to solve their problems in this field after searching a lot with the purpose of insure the lifetime and quality of their products.

Actually, the traditional Arc spraying (meltallizing) method has the advantages of high conveying speed of particle flow, safe operation, however, the coating material has serious burning, and low combination of coating with base material comparing with oxyacetylene flame meltallizing. We all know that only by adopting new technology and equipment can this problem be solved.

Shanghai Liangshi accepted to challenge this problem based on knowledge and design, manufacturing capacity of hot coating technology, we decided to apply the updated oxyacetylene flame meltallizing technology and automatic operation mode to realize this process revolution of coating.

Based on the technology accumulation, high research and developing capacity, after the test and experiment inspection, the testing data of coating combination exceeds 25MPa which the industry requires, and has good consistence.
