The project of automatic spraying production line designed and manufactured by our company for a Italian transmission equipment company, was applied to spraying motor, electric machinery and decelerator, which has finished and entered the period of the installation and test. The spraying equipment system was of common suspended conveying and maximum load of 1t and adopted electric hoist for uploading/downloading workpiece. The workpiece was brought along by the suspended conveyor to move forward,then entered dry painting room for painting work while moving along. When the painting was finished, the workpiece entered levelling room. After leveling,the workpiece was dragged by the chain coming into the oven for drying work. When the drying was over, the natural cooling was processed.The whole painting work was completed.
